Saturday was to be an 8 mile training run. Our legs were so tired - it was one tough run. That race took a lot out of me. But - it got done. Not much else to say about that.
Some of you are aware that I keep a list of people in my life (or my close friends' lives) that have been affected by cancer. Today I got the news that one of those people, my Aunt Carol, lost her battle with colon cancer. I was not that close to her - but that doesn't matter does it? Family is family.
