I gotta tell you I hate 1pm games. They totally mess with my Sunday.
Get up, eat, go pre-place water around mile 7, back home, gear up and head out - AFTER Brian has left with the dog. They run faster than me. I ran 9.1 - it felt pretty good. I tried refueling with an m&m cookie - and it was good. Really good. Finished with some strides even. But then it was - quick - off to the grocery - quick get home - Patriots at 1pm!!
Ran another 4.8 tonight. Way to dark out there - gotta get more reflectivity. Maybe some of those clip on lights.
